When Does It Help?

BugAway Aphitek EC helps when your crops—cereals, vegetables, fruit trees, berries (including vineyards), and ornamental plants—are infested with aphids, spider mites, eriophyid mites, scale insects, leaf fleas, whiteflies, and thrips.

How Does It Work?

BugAway Aphitek EC works through a purely physical mechanism of action. It mechanically blocks and removes pests from plants. After application, it spreads over the entire surface of the plant, covering the bodies of insects with a three-dimensional polymer mesh, immobilizing them and causing death within minutes.

How to Use BugAway Aphitek?

Prepare working solutions in proportions depending on the crop and spray the plant leaves. Start spraying when the first pests appear. If necessary, repeat after 7 days or later. Rainfall within 8–10 hours after spraying or slow drying may increase the risk of phytotoxicity, especially on pear leaves and apple fruits. Do not spray during flowering, as there is a risk of damaging the petals. If you use the product frequently, allow a two-week interval before the third and fourth sprays. Do not mix with wetting agents or adhesives. Do not overdose.
